If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described, we are here to assist you with an exchange or return. How to Request a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, you must provide an unboxing video. This is a mandatory requirement for all return and exchange requests. Without this video, we will not be able to process your claim.

Return, Exchange, Refund, or Warranty Exclusions
The following conditions are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds:

Physical damage, burns, or other forms of damage caused after receiving the item
All digital products and software
Items purchased under clearance sale
If the product’s original seal is broken or damaged
Undergarments or personal hygiene items
Accessories, chargers, or adapters
Unpaid gift items
Products with visible scratches or signs of use
Items that are not in resellable condition
Missing accessories, papers, or parts that were originally included
Products that are incompatible with third-party apps, software, or devices

Return Process
Notify Us Within 24 Hours: If you find any issues with the product, please inform us within 24 hours by emailing offerdekhi@gmail.com.
Return the Complete Package: All returns must include the original packaging, warranty cards, manuals, accessories, stickers, and labels. Please ensure no sticky tape is applied to the product.
Courier Charges: You are required to return the product to our office either by personally bringing it or sending it via courier. Please note that you will need to cover the courier costs when returning the product to us.
For defective products, we will cover courier costs (60 Taka within Dhaka, 120 Taka outside Dhaka).
If the product is returned for reasons other than defects (e.g., change of mind), the customer will bear the cost of delivery, return, and payment processing fees.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the status. If you are eligible for a refund, it will be processed within 72 hours of receiving the item. Please note, any discounts, cashback, or gifts received with the product must be returned as part of the refund process.
